We have 2 GN 9120 headsets that needed battery replacement. We ordered some from Amazon & never could get them to work. They actually worked for a half day and then stopped working all together (never being able to get them to re-pare). I called Jabra and they asked me to state the text on the bottom of the battery, turned out the batteries were over a decade old so they suggested I return them.
We got new replacement batteries. I replaced them, got both headsets to pare/sync correctly however the battery light has been blinking for over 24 hours and now the headsets aren't even pared anymore, they haven't been used since the new batteries have been put in. The battery light just keeps blinking.
When I tried to re-pare them nothing happens, again the battery light just keeps on blinking.
I don't understand how perfectly working headsets are now not working after replacing the battery,.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Blow gently on both the pins that sit up from the base and the hole the pins go into, if you have a soft brush, use that gently to clean.

I have my second motorola H700 headset paired to a samsung m300 phone. The problem is with my first headset after the pairing of the two, any time the headset was closed the bluetooth icon would go black (disconnect) and when the boom was open, the icon would go blue (automatically connect) to the phone. This new headset I have will pair fine, and I can connect it manualy and it will work fine. As soon as I close the boom and open it back up it will not connect again, I have to connect manually. I have tried pairing numerous times, turned off the phone, took out the battery, re-paired, still no luck. The original headset still works but the mic is shot. Tried pairing to my old headset again and it works just fine. Any suggestions?
Some phones allow you to set the options for the device in the bluetooth menu for each device. These options include auto authorize which is what you would be looking for to enable for your new headset to auto connect. I'm looking at the Samsung m300 user guide, but it doesn't mention this option, however it may be in the menu as an option when you select the device under the bluetooth menu. A couple of things you can check first pls:
1. the logitech headset has its own mute control somewhere along the line/volume control. pls check/try it on both settings;
2. since it is USB connected, it is now a secondary audio device in your hardware aside from the onboard audio device in your computer. That gives you now 2 speaker output and 2 mic inputs. It is possible that voice recognition uses the logitech therefore it works but voice chat uses the onboard audio and since no mic is connected at the rear of your computer (I am presuming), you may have to set the voice chat to use the logitech mike also.
