It wont turn off/on
Unfortunately sometimes buttons get stuck, the best method to attempt to fix is good ole Isopropyl Alcohol and a Q-Tip.
Dip 1 head of a Q-tip in the alcohol, then swab the corners of your button, be sure not to SATURATE the button, just so that the acholol penetrates the cracks of the unit where the call button is located.
Once swabbed, place the headset on a warm or hot surface, maybe in direct sunlight, on top of an entertainment center, on top of a satellite or cable TV receiver in your home for an hour or two, for the radiation to dry out any wet solvent that may have seeped inside the unit.
Remember Isporopyl Alcohol is an aseptic cleaner, and, when dolluted with water, cleans hospitals and pharmacies, and is used in about 90% of workplaces with computers as a cleaner and electronic disenfectant.
Be aware, I am not responsible for any damages of your unit, but this is the only fix I know of.
I hope this helps, or you can go to the website of your supplier, fill out an online registration form for your unit, then give them a call and request an exchange or repair authorization.
