Motorola h700 wont work...

Well mine fell too, there is an inside trigger that turns on, off the headset when you unfold ,fold the boom.the trigger fell out when i dropped it.you can see the tiny hole near the boom under the headset where the trigger is or was,but is mostly viwable from the inside.so now your headset doesnt have a trigger to turn it on.i touched with a knife the metal inside button(the one tregger presses)and now its always on.sorry.

Putting it Back Together - 3mm pin inside the casing

Hey, whats going on man? yea, i just dropped my headset on the floor today too. the same thing that happened to you happened to me. well i think i found the solution. if you look at the headset from the bottom theres going to be an indent on the top left corner and underneath it theres going to be a little gold circle thats going to be split in four. thats where the little plastic peice goes, with the black side touching it.

I dropped and it came apart

Solved it.If you need to take it all the way apart, here's the scoop:Get the top cover off by popping it up at the hinge side (this is what pops when you drop it)... then at the charging end, slide the top towards the hinge to slip the clips out from under something.the folding mic tells the board it is open by a small z-shaped piece of plastic. The skinny end of this fits into a tiny hole in the bottom of the case and the fat side slides up and down in a little round space over on the side of the case. There is a rubber button with a dark piece that sits on top of the round space. The dark side of the rubber piece presses against a round circle on the circuit board and tells it whether the mic is open or closed. Once you put it all together, you have to press the board down pretty firmly to tell if it is all working. Then put the volume buttons back in place and slide the top back on.

My Motorola h700 bluetooth will not pair

Rest assured that the drop did not cause this.  There is a general problem with these H700's. Press the multifunction button until the led turns purple.  Keep it pressed in while you flip the arm open.  The arm needs to be kept fully extended to keep it in pairing mode.  If you succeed in positioning the arm correctly, a steady blue light will be on.  If the light goes off...close the arm and try again. While in this mode...execute the pairing procedure from your phone...it should find the H700.  The default key is "0000".

Motorola H700 I just purchased a Mortorola H700 earpiece for my phone which is a Samsung A900. the directions the head piece came with do not match the settings on my phone therefore I can't seem to get it to work... What can I do?

First, you will need to put the H700 into pairing mode. Look at the last digit in the part number for your headset (there are 3 versions). If it "A" or "B", do the following... 1. Starting with the headset powered off (flip closed), hold down the Call button for 1 to 5 seconds until the light is steadily lit in purple. 2. With the light steadily lit, flip out the boom. The light should remain steadily lit in purple. If the light is flashing, or if the light starts flashing anytime before completing the steps below, the headset is not in pairing mode, and these steps will need to be repeated. If you part number ends in a "C", do the following... If the headset has never been paired with another device, simply open the headset boom. The indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple. If the headset has previously been paired with other devices, first ensure those devices are turned off. Then open the headset boom and the indicator light flashes in blue. After about 5 seconds, the indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple. And finally, you will have to follow these instructions on you A900... 1. While in standby mode, press the Menu/OK button 2. Select Tools (9) 3. Select Bluetooth® (4) 4. Highlight Yes, using the navigation keys, on the Enable Bluetooth® prompt 5. Press the Menu OK button to enable Bluetooth® 6. Select Bluetooth® (4) 7. Press the left soft key for Add New 8. Highlight Search, using the navigation keys 9. Press the Menu/OK button to begin search for new device 10. Highlight the desired Bluetooth device, using the navigation keys 11. Press the left soft key for Add to List 12. Enter Passkey "0000" press the Menu/OK button, you will get a brief message stating pairing 13. Press the left soft key for Done 14. At the Trusted Devices screen, press the left soft key for Connect 15. You will get a brief message stating connecting 16. After being connected you will return to the Bluetooth® Trusted Devices screen Hope this helps. Good luck
