Putting it Back Together - 3mm pin inside the casing

The headset worked perfectly, but it recently fell off my ear on to the floor and stopped working. I noticed the casing actually came had come apart, it simply snaps together in two pieces. Nothing inside seems to be physically damaged, the lead wires are all intact, the buttons click when depressed and the light comes on when I plug it into the charger. However, opening the boom no longer turns the headset on. There is one piece that I cannot figure out what to do with, it is a small ~3mm long plastic gray offest pin one end of the pic is slightly thicker than the other. I am assuming it

Hey, whats going on man? yea, i just dropped my headset on the floor today too. the same thing that happened to you happened to me. well i think i found the solution. if you look at the headset from the bottom theres going to be an indent on the top left corner and underneath it theres going to be a little gold circle thats going to be split in four. thats where the little plastic peice goes, with the black side touching it.

Problems w/H700 bluetooth

Try taking a small needle and gently clearing out the mike hole near the end of the boom. Anything I am outside and sweating a lot mine will clog up and I have the same trouble until I clean it out and then it's fine. Do not insert the needle in very far, all you need is to clear the outside opening a bit.

H700 unable to pair up 'service not supported'

I bouth motorola H700 bluetooth headset to use with my Razor (3rv) and I have followed all the rules of my razor to connect with my bluetooth. My Razor does recognize my bluetooth and the screen show that I am sucessfully linked together. However when I close my phone or anytime there after--open my bluetooth place on my ear and open my Razor to make a phone call my bluetooth is not connected. It will not make a call or let me hear dialing of numbers or anthing. I know that my bluetooth works, i just lost the directions on how to link it with my new razor. it was linked to my old razor, but i lost it and ever since I have had this new phone it does not work together. can you help me. I spent a lot of money on my bluetooth for it to just go to waste. Thanks very much, Angie

Hold the call button for 1-5 seconds until the light is steady lit purple Flip out the microphone boom, the light should stay lit purple! Now you are ready to pair the headset with your phone, so follow the pairing instructions of your phone. Note: When prompted for the Passkey; it is most likely 0000 but the correct Passkey should be on the headset accessory instructions. I must add that indeed my headset on occation (once or twice every three months) also loses its connection with the blackberry (a 8703e) . At which time I have to remove the headset from my phone bluetooth device list, and start the above described steps to pair my headset with the phone again.
